International cooperation under the grant "The role and significance of the Eastern Partnership in the process of transformation of the countries of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus"

We would like to inform you that Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and it’s Institute for European Studies, in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University in Krakow implements the international project "The role and importance of the Eastern Partnership in the process of transformation of the countries of Eastern Europe and the South Caucasus". 

The aim of the project is to conduct research on the role of the Eastern Partnership in the process of transformation of the countries covered by the program and to analyze the impact of individual tools in the field of systemic changes in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. 

The project is implemented by an international consortium of universities, which includes the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Yerevan State University, Moldova State University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and the International Security and Partnership Centre (ISPC) in Lviv.

The head of the Project is Prof. Piotr Bajor from Institute of Political Science and International Relations of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. The representatives of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University are Nino Lapiashvili, Director of the Institute for European Studies of the Faculty of Law and Vakhtang Charaia, Director of the Centre for Analysis and Forecasting. 

The project is carried out in the public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the frames of the grant „Public Diplomacy 2021”.

Presentation of the research results will be taken place on the 25th of November at 12:00. 

Venue: 1 Ilia Chavchavadze avenue, First academic building of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Auditorium 107.
