Director of Crisis Management and Planning Directorate (CMPD) of the European
Union External Action Service. Mr. IKLODY is very well experienced in the
security policy as well as diplomatic issues.

Meeting with the pupils of Georgian public school no 44

On February 16, 2016 IES Academic and Administrative staff had meeting
with the pupils of Georgian public school no 44. During the meeting
pupils had been given general introduction of the European Union and its
institutions as well as they had been provided with the tour which was
related to the functions and role of the TSU Institute for European
Studies in the EU-Georgia integration process.

Meeting with international students

On February 27, 2016 the Director of the TSU Institute for European Studies hosted the new group
of international students visiting TSU within the framework of Erasmus
mobility. After review of IES spring semester academic schedule, the
students went to see IES facilities including resource-centre and
library.

New group of regional MA in Human Rights and Democratization arrived to TSU/IES

Director of the TSU Institute for European Studies welcomed the new group of regional MA in Human Rights and
Democratization! On the 2nd of March, 2016 their semester at IES/TSU was officially launched.
On behalf of administration, the IES wished them a very successful stay to Georgia. |
